TURN AROUND TIME:

Boxes ship on the 15th of each month. If you subscribe between March 3rd - April 3rd it will ship April 15th, if you subscribe April 3rd - May 3rd it will ship May 15th, you have to place the order by the 3rd to get it within the same month.  Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday as well as holidays do not count towards our TAT. Our business days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 3pm.

REFUND POLICY:

No refunds on clearance, custom made, mystery or special priced items. All other items may be returned for a store credit minus shipping up to 3 days after delivery.
