What is NOT Included

The following are explicitly excluded from Lifetime Drive access:

Clipart packs

Lineart files and stamps

Alpha sets

Digital papers / backgrounds

Most collab drives or collaborative releases

Consider the Cost devotional drive

Subscription-only monthly drives

Commercial Use License

Allowed:

Use PNGs and graphics in your own finished digital or physical products

Use in branding, marketing, social media content, and product creation

Not Allowed:

Reselling, sharing, gifting, or redistributing original files in any form

Uploading files to shared drives, membership sites, or file libraries

Selling files as-is or slightly altered

Claiming original ownership of the designs

POD / Manufacturing Restrictions

No overseas print-on-demand (POD) use allowed

Domestic POD is permitted

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Due to the digital nature and instant access potential, no exceptions will be made.

License Clarification

This license is granted for the lifetime of the Vehement Living digital portion of business operations.

If the business structure, platform, or ownership changes, access terms may be updated or transitioned, but the intent of this license remains tied to the continuity of Vehement Living (digital portion) as an operating brand.

You may not sublicense or transfer access

Violation of terms may result in permanent access removal without refund
