- All boxes are handmade and prayed over — please allow 14-21 business days for shipping (4 day work week).
- Due to the mystery nature of the product, books and items cannot be exchanged.

TURN AROUND TIME:

We ask for 14-21 business days. We leave this window for our protection, your protection and the protection of your high-quality products. TAT refers to the time it takes us to create your products and give it to the postal carrier, it doesn't include the time they may take to deliver to you. Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday as well as holidays do not count towards our TAT. Our business days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 3pm.

REFUND POLICY:

No refunds on clearance, custom made, mystery or special priced items. All other items may be returned for a store credit minus shipping up to 3 days after delivery.
