Turn Around Time and Business Hours

Our turn around time for your products is 14-21 business days. We leave this window for our protection, your protection and the protection of your high quality products. Business hours are 9am cst to 3pm cst. Business days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I am off on Wednesday, Saturday and sunday, these three days do not count towards TAT for wholesale or retail. Thank you for your patience and understanding when it comes to this!
